Water Damage Restoration Service Madison

“Courtney from Pure Maintenance was awesome! I was completely ignorant about mold and when I found out we had a mold issue I was horrified and had no idea where to even begin. Pure Maintenance was recommended to me and I'm so glad as they made the process of mold remediation so straightforward and easy. On her first visit, Courtney walked me through the science side of things and was able to accurately find and diagnose the source of our mold problem. I have a child with asthma so I was eager to act as quickly as possible--Courtney was able to squeeze us into her schedule the same week which was great for my peace of mind. She was able to treat our house in one day: we left home in the morning with a mold problem and returned home after work to a mold-free home. And of course the science backs it up! Courtney shared detailed results of before and after treatment and the facts speak for themselves. It can be so difficult to find professionals that you trust to do work in your home, especially with an issue as serious and delicate as mold remediation. I would absolutely recommend Courtney and Pure Maintenance without hesitation. They delivered the promised results quickly and without hassle which is the best I could ask for. Thanks again Pure Maintenance!”

“I’m so pleased with Pure Maintenance- Courtney was clear with the process and testing post treatment gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend!”

“Wow, What a difference in the air quality. We bought our house a few years ago and had mold and we didn't know what to do about it. I kept trying different things and nothing seemed to work. Finally, I got a hold of Pure maintenance figuring why not I've tried everything else. She explained the mold differently than anybody else had before...that It travels through the air and that we had to get rid of the source of the problem first. She found the source and took some mold readings which were high. We followed her instructions on how to fix where the water was coming in, she came and treated our home. It took a bit on our part but it was woth it because the problem went away after her treatment. Not like anything we tried before, which never worked. It's so different in here. No more mold smell every time I walk into the house. I have new hardwood floors that I can now smell them. And we just feel so much better, as far as our health. We couldn't be more appreciative. I wish we were called Pure Maintenance to begin with. Thanks Courtney! Mary”

“We had a freezer disaster at home, and hundreds of pounds of pork, beef and shrimp have been rotting for days while we were gone. The smell was absolutely sickening and unbearable. Nothing got rid of it. I tore up the carpet, bleached the subfloor, used baking powder, ran fans for days, ran an ozone generator for hours on multiple occasions, nothing made a difference. Courtney came over with her equipment, fogged the room, and the very next day the smell was completely gone. Weeks later, the room smells fresher than before the incident. Thank you!!!!”

“We had a very significant mold problem, and Courtney is very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, was very thorough, and had excellent follow up. The fogging was very effective given that our kids had no more symptoms following the treatment. We had this done following a more invasive mold remediation as a way to remove any spores in the areas and on the surfaces that couldn’t effectively be covered with other methods. She definitely went the extra mile. Highly recommend!!”

“I would highly recommend Pure Maintenance especially Courtney. I contacted Pure Maintenance because we were seeing mold. We found out that we had mold and spores in other areas of our home and our air quality was bad. Courtney came in and was VERY VERY through and did a wonderful job. We have no more mold and our air quality is through the roof awesome. No more daily headaches and coughing. Thank you Courtney for everything you did. We greatly appreciate you.”

“Our experience with Pure Maintenance exceeded my expectations. Courtney’s work in our home was above and beyond. She not only eradicated the mold in our carpet that we knew about but also in spots she found during her inspection and treatment. Highly recommend!”
