Advanced Microbial Control

Our patented system was first developed for sanitizing and disinfecting hospitals. The process has been adapted to ensure the hospital-grade sterilant reaches hard to reach spaces for mold control. But it is still very much proven effective against other organisms such as specific bacteria and viruses, see References for details.

  1. Step01

Whole Building Bacteria and Virus Control

Our patented process that controls mold, is also extremely effective in the control of bacteria and viruses.

    Application of Sterilant

We fill the property with a sterilant, in the form of a vapor. It's completely non-toxic to humans and breaks down shortly after treatment. It is effective against specific bacteria and viruses by chemically eroding the cell wall (lysis) and denaturing the protein within.

    Comprehensive Coverage

The machine we use to apply the vapor throughout the property condenses its molecular size. This means it can't condense on surfaces, but dwells in the air, dealing with the abundance of airborne bacteria and viruses. We create positive air pressure until the vapor reaches hard to reach spaces.

Wholistic Building Solutions for Bacteria And Viruses

The second stage of the process. The application of our antimicrobial film helps prevent bacteria and viruses returning.

    Covalent Bond

Our antimicrobial film is then applied to surfaces. Once it touches a surface, it forms a covalent bond. Essentially, this means it becomes one with the surface. It's invisible, imperceptible and completely safe once adhered.

    Attracts & Sanitizes

The antimicrobial electrostatically attracts bacteria and viruses to it, controlling them on contact. The organisms are punctured by carbon spikes which, simply put, form a microscopic bed of nails. This ensures any new bacteria or viruses that enter the building are denatured mechanically before they can find a place to land and replicate.
