How It Works

Our Approach To Mold Remediation

Our approach to mold remediation can be broken into four simple steps.

  1. Checking a wall for mold during an inspection
    01

We find the mold and its causes

We will survey your property and identify the likely source(s) of the mold. Our team understands how mold works in a building, and the common sources of mold and moisture. We will use a range of tools and techniques to identify the cause.

We make a plan and execute

We work with you to make a custom plan for your particular situation. Part of the plan is to help you resolve the source that is causing the mold. After the source is eliminated we use our patented vapor technology, as well as other sanitation methods, to clear mold and spores in the building.

We Help Prevent Mold From Returning

Our antimicrobial application is applied to surfaces, creating a covalent bond. It helps prevent mold from returning to treated surfaces and keeps the overall spore load of the building down by electrostatically attracting ambient spores and denaturing them on contact.

    Proof of Successful Remediation

Air samples taken in various areas of your home are analyzed by independent, third-party laboratories to demonstrate quantitative markers of mold reduction.

We Inspect The Property To Tailor Treatment

Data collection and assessment of the unique circumstances in the building.

    Tailored Approach

    Expert Property Inspection Carried Out

Every building is different, and therefore the cause(s) of mold growth could be numerous. Mold can be caused by structural defects, resident behavior, or a nuanced blend of the two. Our specialist technicians help you understand why your home has a mold problem, and we can tailor our treatment accordingly.

    Specialist Data Gathering

    Cutting-Edge Diagnostic tools

Our expert technicians use a suite of professional diagnostic tools, combined with their knowledge, to offer insights as unique as the conditions in your building. We'll use tools on a case by case basis ranging from hygrometers, protimeters, thermal imaging cameras, moisture mappers, and more.

    Whole Building Mold Solutions

If you do have an issue, we make a solid plan to eradicate the mold in your home.

    Eliminate Sources

We work with you to find and eliminate the sources of mold on the property, ensuring long-term effectiveness.

Vapor treatment: stage 1 of 2

    Whole building Mold control

We apply our vapor treatment as well as other solutions to eliminate spores and mold in the air and on surfaces. The machine we use to apply the sterilant as a vapor condenses its molecular size. This means it can't readily condense on surfaces, but dwells in the air, treating 99.9% of airborne mold, as well as mold into and on surfaces. See References tab for details.

Our process creates positive air pressure until the vapor reaches hard to reach spaces inside the property. It controls mold where it touches by chemically eroding the cell wall (lysis) and denaturing the protein within. No wiping, no residue. You don't even have to move your stuff. The process is completely non-toxic and breaks down shortly after treatment.

    Whole Building Mold Prevention

The second stage of the vapor treatment process. The application of our antimicrobial film to prevent mold returning.

    Ongoing Protection

    Covalent Bond

Our antimicrobial film is then applied to all surfaces. Once it touches a surface, it forms a covalent bond. Essentially, this means it becomes one with the surface. It's invisible, imperceptible and completely safe.

    Inhospitable to Mold

    Attracts & Kills

Our antimicrobial electrostatically attracts mold spores to it, neutralizing them on contact. The mold spores are punctured by carbon spikes which, simply put, form a microscopic bed of nails. This keeps the spore load of the building low.

    Third-Party Accredited Lab Proves Success

Don't just take our word for it. Our work is verified by independent scientists, and you're given full access to the report.

    Proof Of Success

    Independent Verification

Air samples are sent off to a third-party accredited lab. They analyze the spore count per m3 and the species of mold detected. The results are returned in the form of a written report, which we're always happy to talk you through.

Verifiable proof of a successful treatment

    Results guaranteed

    Mold Gone. Guaranteed.

In the unlikely event the report comes back and the air sample shows we've fallen short of our high standards: If there's still a clear mold issue present in the building, we will come back and repeat the mold remediation process at no additional cost. We know our system works, and we'll make it right.

We'll get rid of your mold. Guaranteed.
