Our approach to mold remediation can be broken into four simple steps.
We will survey your property and identify the likely source(s) of the mold. Our team understands how mold works in a building, and the common sources of mold and moisture. We will use a range of tools and techniques to identify the cause.
We work with you to make a custom plan for your particular situation. Part of the plan is to help you resolve the source that is causing the mold. After the source is eliminated we use our patented vapor technology, as well as other sanitation methods, to eradicate mold and spores in the building.
Our antimicrobial application is applied to surfaces, creating a covalent bond. It helps prevent mold from returning to treated surfaces and keeps the overall spore load of the building down by electrostatically attracting ambient spores and denaturing them on contact.
Agitated air & surface samples taken in various areas of your home are analyzed by independent, third-party laboratories to demonstrate quantitative markers of mold reduction. Your house is warrantied for mold.
Using positive air pressure we fill your property with our sterilant which is condensed into tiny particles. This means that rather than a liquid condensing on surfaces, it rebounds from surfaces until the interior airspace is filled, and the sterilant is able to reach hard to reach spaces. This creates an uninhabitable environment for mold.
Aside from the costly and time-consuming approach to mold remediation that relies on extensive demolition, disposal and reconstruction, most modern methods employ a ULV spray application (wet fog). As the sterilant is distributed, much of it either condenses on surfaces or the larger droplets burst in the air, resulting in patchy and unpredictable coverage. This leaves much of the airborne mold unharmed, ready to take root once more.

We apply our vapor treatment as well as other solutions to eliminate spores and mold in the air and on surfaces. The machine we use to apply the sterilant as a vapor condenses its molecular size. This means it can’t readily condense on surfaces, but dwells in the air, treating 99.9% of airborne mold, as well as mold into and on surfaces.
We create positive air pressure until the vapor reaches hard to reach spaces inside the property. It eradicates mold in the air and on surfaces by chemically eroding the cell wall (lysis) and denaturing the protein within, rendering it into inert.

Our antimicrobial electrostatically attracts mold spores to it, eradicating them on contact. The mold spores are punctured by carbon spikes which, simply put, form a microscopic bed of nails. This ensures the spore load of the building remains low.

Agitated air samples and surface samples are sent off to a third-party accredited lab. They analyze the spore count and species of mold detected. The results are returned in the form of a written report which we send directly to you.
