“I was very impressed with Pure Maintenance Mold Removal. I have the HLA genotype that doesn’t form antibodies to the mycotoxin that mold spores produce, and therefore I get pretty sick from a mold exposure with CIRS symptoms. Our basement was flooded in August and after initial remediation from an emergency company, I was still experiencing symptoms. I had heard about Pure Maintenance from a health podcast and felt fairly convinced that they would make my home healthy again. Customer service was excellent and prompt, communication was clear. Courtney (the owner) came to my home and pointed out areas that still needed remediated. She was very detailed as she went through my home, searching for potential mold spores. She and her team came in and completely removed any potentially remaining mold, using negative air pressure to ensure the spores did not infiltrate the rest of my home. After they were confident they removed all of the mold spores, they treated my entire home with their dry fog which completely neutralizes the air. They tested the air after their work and levels were at zero. When I came back into my home after their work, the air was so fresh and clean. I no longer had symptoms from the mycotoxin exposure and feel healthy again. Courtney is extremely detail oriented and is an expert in mold remediation. “I just can't say enough about how great Courtney and her staff have been. After years of battling with a mold problem that put me in the hospital and made my son very sick we had gone the conventional route taking everything out of the house including the carpet. We had a team come in and wiped down the entire house and fog it. It was improved, but we still had symptoms and had to fog every week or two. This route was very time consuming and very expensive. “Wow, What a difference in the air quality. We bought our house a few years ago and had mold and we didn't know what to do about it. I kept trying different things and nothing seemed to work. Finally, I got a hold of Pure maintenance figuring why not I've tried everything else. She explained the mold differently than anybody else had before...that It travels through the air and that we had to get rid of the source of the problem first. She found the source and took some mold readings which were high. We followed her instructions on how to fix where the water was coming in, she came and treated our home. It took a bit on our part but it was woth it because the problem went away after her treatment. Not like anything we tried before, which never worked. It's so different in here.
