Mold testing Madison, WI

“We are so thankful that we called Courtney to come to our house to take care of our mold. I had been dizzy and experiencing lightheadedness for months and we were just not feeling 100% ourselves. We also have a newborn at home and didn’t want to take any chances with her health. After Courtney and her team came, we noticed an immediate difference; my husband and I are both sleeping really well, we no longer feel like we have a cloud over our heads and we just feel generally very happy. It’s hard to explain, but it just feels like this haze was lifted and we’re finally back to our old selves. We live in a 1950s home and we just thought the musty odor was something we were going to have to live with, but after pure maintenance completed their work the house feels so much fresher, the air is lighter and the musty odor is gone. We couldn’t recommend Pure Maintenance Wisconsin enough! If we ever move again, I will definitely be calling them for a whole house treatment right away, so we don’t have to live like this again.”

“Courtney was very thorough in her inspection of our house when we hired Pure Maintenance for our mold removal and remediation. They went above and beyond to make sure that every single area I had concerns about was addressed as well as offering tips for afterwards to finish sealing up the house and detoxing from mold ourselves. Would definitely recommend!”

“Courtney at Pure Maintenance is absolutely amazing. She is caring, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for her clients. I had a very negative experience with Indoor Environmental Testing, as they were unwilling to speak with me by phone about the results and were quite rude. Then I connected with Courtney, and the difference was remarkable. She took the time to thoroughly discuss the testing outcomes, explained treatment options clearly, and showed real concern for helping me move forward. When you are having a mold issue, you need kindness, patience and the understanding of a partner who wants the best for your family. I would 100% recommend Courtney to this. Also, the vapor she used was helpful - my brain fog almost immediately lifted, which I didn't even think was attributed to the mold in the home! Definitely use Pure Maintenance for your needs - highly recommend them.”

“I cannot stress enough how wonderful Courtney and her team are. She is data driven-- your quote will be based on mold being tested for rather than eye balling where they think mold could be. Additionally, they do all of this without being condensing in any way, encouraging questioning the process/ how things work. For results-- my partner and I had recurring sinus infections that have gone away once treatment was completed. We've also both had less headaches.”

“I highly recommend Pure Maintenance Wisconsin! They made a very stressful situation of discovering black mold in our home, causing severe mycotoxin illness, a seamless and stress free process. Courtney is amazing! She and her team are excellent at communicating, and are very detailed in explaining the process. Courtney is the 1st person to be certified in Wisconsin with this specific type of mold remediation! It’s cutting edge. They removed literally every spore from our space. Unfortunately, as a population, we are not educated about mold and its dangers - that it can cause cancer, for example. Most mold remediation is inadequate & does not actually remove the dangerous spores from your space. Courtney is an expert and can be 100% trusted. My doctor’s office even uses her company. Thank you, Courtney!”

“Courtney and the team were so helpful! After a renovation of our basement we thought all the mold was gone. Courtney came in and investigated until she found spots we hadn't thought about. She kept working with us until we eradicated the mold entirely! The demo'd a few spots that were too saturated with mold, dried out anything that could be salvaged, and applied the vapor. Very effective process that was much less expensive than redoing our basement stairs and more walls! It's been so nice to have our house back!”

“Courtney was extremely knowledgeable about mycotoxin illness and the steps that needed to be taken to remediate my condo - including dealing with odd schedules and an inflexible HOA. For tasks outside of Pure Maintenance's specialty, she recommended other skilled local professionals who also did their jobs quickly and well. I highly recommend this company.”

“We needed a mold issue addressed and contacted Pure Maintenance Wisconsin. Courtney worked with us to identify the underlying issues before the treatment to avoid the problem reoccurring afterwards. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and very professionally. I highly recommend using them for any mold remediation.”
