“While getting the house ready to sell, we came across several spots of mold in the basement. I called two other remediation companies, but they were either too busy or didn’t return my call. I contacted Pure Maintenance and they were out within 2 days. They thoroughly assessed the entire house, looking for all possible sources, not just the basement. The whole-house vapor treatment was also thorough, resulting in a cleaner, fresher, healthier-smelling house. Their process and follow-up testing, along with their warranty, gives me peace of mind while we go through the selling process. Courtney and Robin were also great to work with. They communicated with me regularly, answering all my questions in a timely manner. I appreciated their experience and expertise as they helped me to navigate this very stressful process.”

“From the first visit, they were kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us. They took the time to explain what was happening, what needed to be done, and never made us feel pressured or confused. The crew showed up on time, treated our home with respect, and worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was done right. What stood out most was how much they cared about our family’s health and peace of mind. After the work was completed, we could immediately notice the difference in the air quality and overall smell of the house. It felt like we could finally relax again. We’re truly grateful for their professionalism, honesty, and compassion during a stressful situation. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with mold problems.”
